Ryleth walked and read. The book was bound in leather with iron straps. It smelled of great age, but the pages made of animal skin were as sturdy as ever. She should have been reading this at a desk with gloves barely breathing upon it. But she wanted to get information to Rohan and Finn, but also she had to check on her people. So the walking and reading and using her magic to ensure she didn’t run into a wall or anyone else, was necessary.
