The rest of the day was a blur. Rohan contacted the university and they didn’t just send one or two people over who could potentially read ancient Achuvien, but a whole department and over 50 graduate students, as well as the lead librarian, a whip-thin man named Crosley that constantly sniffed as he was allergic to book dust. But that wasn’t going to stop him!
“No one moves anything!” Head Librarian Crosley had shrilly cried, lifting up a long, thin finger into the air. Everyone--all the students, even the other professors in their impressive robes--had frozen. Hugues, who had never left the tomb seemingly, stopped as well. “How the library is set up may tell us just as much as the books themselves! I want everything mapped. What book was where and next to what. Understood?”
